You have just ventured into the realm of Yu Yu Hakusho! Yu Yu Hakusho translates from Japanese to English. It means, Ghost Files. The main character, Yusuke, was killed when he jumped in front of a car to save a little boy. Koenma, the "king of hell", gave Yusuke a golden egg. He told Yusuke that it would hatch by means of spirit energy. If Yusuke had good spirit energy, he would be able to return to his body. If he had bad spirit energy, than the creature within the egg would eat his soul.

Yusuke did have good spirit energy and he did return to his body but not until he went through some weird things. First of all, his mother wanted to cremate his body. If he was going to return, he would need a body. Botan, the spirit guider, told Yusuke to tell Kayco not to let his mother cremate his body. Yusuke only had one problem, since he was a ghost, how was he going to communicate with Kayco. Botan then told him to venture into her dreams. Yusuke did and told Kayco but she thought it was only a dream. So next, Yusuke followed Kuwabara, the local bully (I think).

Kuwabara has great spirit senses. He knew a spirit was near by. Yusuke went and entered Kuwabara's body. With this body, he ran to tell Kayco not to let his mother cremate his body. Kayco only saw Kuwabara, not Yusuke. So Yusuke had to find a way to tell Kayco. This is what he did. He ran up behind her and grabbed her breasts. She turned around and said "Yusuke!" then smacked Kuwabara. When she realized it was Kuwabara and how he rubbed his face, she soon figured out that Yusuke was inside Kuwabara's body.

Kayco ran and told Yusuke's mother not to cremate his body. After Puu, the good creature from Yusuke's spirit energy, hatched from the egg, he returned to his body. Now he is a spirit detective. Toguro, a full blooded demon, told Yusuke and Kuwabara that they would fight in the Dark Tournament as team Urameshi. Kurama and Hiei were also told that they would enter as part of team Urameshi. A team needs five members so Yusuke chose Genkai, his mentor. Toguro and Genkai were on a team fifty years ago when they won their Dark Tournament. Toguro killed Genkai a day before the Finals. Now Koenma is taking her place.
